The Tour de Yorkshire is back.

Welcome to Yorkshire need your help!

Following the Grand Départ of the Tour de France in 2014,  Yorkshire is now hosting its own international cycle race - the Tour de Yorkshire - which will take place again next year from 29th April – 1st May.

Working in partnership with our regional Police forces, we are looking for a passionate and reliable team of volunteers.  If you are interested in becoming a Tour Maker for next year’s race, complete our survey and we’ll get in touch with you. It’s a fantastic opportunity to be part of the race and be very close to the action, as well as being the welcoming face of Yorkshire for the race spectators.

Volunteers will need to attend a training session and of course be available on race weekend (Friday 29 April, Saturday 30 April and Sunday 1 May). Start and finish towns are Beverley, Doncaster, Middlesbrough, Otley, Scarborough and Settle. The full route will be announced on 9th December.
