We have lots going on for Enterprise & Employability Week coming up w/c 7th March to help you become more enterprising and get the employability skills you need!

Highlights include......

Fairs

Tuesday 8th March - Wakefield Campus Fair - in the Refecotry 11.30am-1.30pm - come along and meet local businesses, voluntary organisations and schemes that can help you boost your employability skills. Don't forget to visit the Yorkshire Ambulance Service Education Ambulance parked outside!  Any students wanting to showcase enterprise work will be able to do so.  Please contact c.simpson-griffiths@wakefield.ac.uk to book a table at the fair.

Wednesday 9th March - Castleford Campus Fair - Library 11.30-1.30pm - come along to meet local businesses, voluntary organisations and schemes that can help you boost your employability skills.  Any students wanting to showcase enterprise work will be able to do so.  Please contact c.simpson-griffiths@wakefield.ac.uk to book a table.

This year Shakira Martin from the National Union of Students will be giving a motivational speech about the importance of student voice and stepping out of your comfort zone to achieve.  Please come along and find out what she has to say!
