Apprentices Vs Employers! Putting you in the hot seat
• Have you met a few hurdles whilst on the search for an apprenticeship?
• Have you ever wanted to know what businesses are looking for?
We are flipping the recruitment process on its head and creating reversal roles, where you can take charge by putting you in the spotlight and questioning businesses on why you should choose them! You will have the opportunity to network with the Absolute Apprenticeships Team and find out how your plans can be supported too with the aid of a network of specialist providers across the Leeds City Region.
There will be businesses there who are:
• Looking for an apprentice
• Working in your preferred industry
• Ready to offer you a full interview
The Absolute Apprenticeships team provide pre-apprenticeship training that that prepares you for making the most out of employment opportunities. This means that your future apprenticeship is within your grasp.
The day includes:
- The importance of First Impressions.
- What apprenticeships are available across Wakefield District
- 1 to 1 advice & guidance
You will be given some set interview questions to get you going, but then its over to you. The more creative you are, the better the question!!
