There are just two days to go until Time to Talk Day 2021!

Thursday 4 February is Time to Talk Day – a day when everyone is encouraged to have a conversation about mental health.

At Wakefield College, we know that it benefits all of us to talk about mental health. Time to Talk Day is run by Time to Change to help spread the word that you can talk about mental health anywhere. Time to Change is England’s biggest programme to challenge mental health stigma and discrimination and is run by the charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness.

The College Youth Workers will be facilitating a Time to Talk session on Thursday at 12noon in the Thursday Thoughts session, if you would like to book a place please email Mary Furey on M.furey@wakefield.ac.uk and don't forget to bring a cuppa along with you.
