We have reached the final week of the Lunar Challenge and thanks to everyone’s tremendous efforts we have reached the moon and are well on our way back, having completed 388,808 miles. Can we make it back to earth by the end of week though, with 89,000 miles to go…. We’d like to think so!

For our last spot challenge and in the spirit of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing theme of ‘Give’ we’re challenging all participants to give back to their local community and collect some litter whilst they complete their daily exercise.

Each bag of litter you capture and share on social media will count as one entry to this week’s prize draw.
We recommend participants follow the following guidance when collecting litter.
• Wear protective gloves
• Wash their hands (before and after picking litter)
• Use their own bag, bucket or cleansing bag to collect litter in
• Try not to touch their face whilst out litter picking
• Do not disturb animals or damage plants

Participants will need to share their photo or video and have followed @aoc_sport on the relevant social channel and have taken part in a the challenge by 8pm on Sunday 28 February.

As always current Government guidance should be followed, which includes; only going out to exercise once a day, only exercising with members of your own household, your support bubble or 1 person from another household in which case social distancing should be followed at all times.

Good luck!!
