In line with the Government announcement on Monday, we will begin to return to face to face teaching during the week commencing 8 March. To protect staff and students the College will continue to closely follow the official advice published by the Department for Education. This means that there will be different arrangements for different groups of students:

16-18 Further Education Students
The College will move to ensuring you receive at least 50% of your main course teaching on a face to face basis, with the remainder continuing online. English and maths course will continue to be delivered online.

Adult Further Education Students
The majority of adult teaching will remain online for the rest of this academic year.

Higher Education Students
The College will move to a mix of classroom and online teaching for all students. The proportion of each will vary depending on the course.

Apprentices
Individual arrangements will be put in place for each of our apprentices.

Please do not attend College until you are invited to do so. We will be contacting students individually over the coming weeks to confirm their arrangements for returning to College.

All students coming into College will be invited to take 3 Covid-19 lateral flow tests within the first two weeks of their return. Details of our testing arrangements will be communicated separately. In addition, all students will be expected to wear a face mask in classrooms and communal areas at all times. These requirements are in line with the latest Government guidance. Regular Covid-19 testing of College staff is already taking place.

Please continue to check our website and social media accounts for further updates.
