 How do Apprenticeships Work?

•What can I study on an Apprenticeship?
•What will I be doing?
•Where will I be going to learn?
•Will there be any tests?

If you decide to do an apprenticeship, you’ll be able to learn on the job in a wide variety of areas, from engineering and construction to accounting and dental nursing, we offer a wide variety of courses. You’ll be spending most of your time on the job, learning first hand the skills and knowledge to do the job well. You’ll also be in college once a week, which will help build on what you’ve learnt on the job. Towards the end of your apprenticeship, everything you’ve learnt will be tested in an End Point Assessment, after which you’ll have a qualification and lots of experience from your job!
